Position Title = Order Services Representative Lead
Status = Full-time, salaried with benefits.
Education Required = Some college, degree preferred
Experience Required = Minimum 2 years experience in customer service in a manufacturing environment,
Position Description = Domestic and International experience a plus. Must be customer friendly, have a professional attitude
in the Order processing department with strong skills in producing correspondence in a timely manner for the customer order
requirements. Heavy Order Entry experience associated with ordering and shipping parts, must be knowledgeable of various
freight forwarders, responsible for maintenance and retention of assigned customer files. This position will assume a lead
role assisting the department manager.
Candidate must be Proficient with a computer and Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and Syteline. Good communication
skills both verbal and written; must be detail oriented, have good organizational skills, filing organized, works well with
others, able to multitask assigned duties. Process orders, prepares quotes via phone, email, fax for a variety of machines,
reviews large contracts submitted before orders are placed in the system.

  • Assist customers and create /maintain sales files
