Position Title = Documentation Specialist
Experience Required = 3 to 5+ years experience in the specified labor category
Position Description =
Skillset: The services provided including high-level of office management work, prepare and perform quality control over
correspondence prepared at the site in accordance with regulatory guidelines (AR 25-50), knowledge of postal procedures
and processes (to manage the mail room operations), maintain files and documentation using the Army Records Information
Management System (ARIMS), privacy act, records retention schedules, forms management and documentation, managing
documents stored in records holding areas, and other related records management issues.
Objectives: Provide support of records management documentation at the Chicago District .
Tasks: The contractor will be required to manage and provide records management support as well as provide backup mail
services support. The contractor will normally work five days a week, 8 hours per day, with leave as appropriate. Overtime is
not expected, but could be required at times.
Clearance: able to attain an Interim Secret Clearance to start
8570 Certification: Not needed
