Schedule management for projects and programs. Includes preparation of schedule reports for projects and/or programs.
Duties/Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the planning and scheduling through the production schedules.
-May coordinate with purchasing, production, and engineering.
-Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
-May stabilize at this level for many years.
-Applies knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and nonstandard situations. Interprets customer needs, assesses
requirements and identifies solutions to non-standard requests.
-Uses best practices and knowledge of internal/external business issues to improve products or services in own discipline.

Position Title = Senior Scheduler
Years Experience Required = 11-15
Position Description = Develops and maintains resource loaded project schedules for engineering, procurement,
construction work for nuclear power generation facilities using Primavera planning software. Requires significant interaction
with technical personnel for developing schedule activities and logic and for maintaining schedule progress updates.
Performs critical path and schedule variance analyses; and participates in weekly/monthly performance review meetings.
Independently reviews and evaluates schedules for completeness and realism and provides recommendations to technical
personnel responsible for the work/schedules. Prepares filtered and sorted schedule layouts required for schedule reviews
and presentations. May require travel to other offices and project sites.
Must Have Skills: 11-15 years solid planning/scheduling/project controls work experience with through working-level
knowledge of Primavera planning software. Experience with Primavera 5.0 is a plus. Strong skills in interacting and
interfacing with others. Sound verbal and written communications skills. BS/BA degree preferred but not required.
Nice to Have Skills: Generally normal office environment. Workload consistently challenging and often requires working on
schedules for more than one project. Some overtime may be required.

Position Title = Maintenance Planner
Position Description = This is a direct salaried position
I. PURPOSE
This position improves work force productivity and work quality by eliminating in advance potential delays and obstacles
through proper planning of the required materials, procedures, and resources for maintenance work. Responsible for
planning of all maintenance work at the facility. Maintains records and files to permit meaningful analysis and reporting of
results or completed work.
II. POSITIONS DEMANDS
Mechanical and/or electrical experience required. Technical school background desired. Must have adequate trade
knowledge to estimate labor hours and materials and the ability to visualize the required jobs. Excellent oral and written
communications skills required. Organization, typing, mathematical, and ERP skills required. Must be able to read blueprints
and shop drawings and have the ability to produce easily understood sketches. Must possess a thorough understanding of
proper use of work orders, priorities, etc. Must be able to keep multiple jobs simultaneously in controlled motion.
III. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Reports directly to the Plant Manger. Works closely with the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Technicians, contractors,
vendors, and other employees.
IV. ACCOUNTABILITIES & MEASURES
- Ensure safety and environmental needs are given top priority in planning work. Measures include OSHA reportable
injuries and illnesses and compliance with environmental permits.
- Receive, review and screen all non-emergency work orders to ensure proper completion and discuss details with
originating department. Measures include clear work scope, realistic completion dates, correct G/L coding, and
appropriate authorization.
- Estimate cost of jobs, sequence of steps, number of technicians and labor hours for each step and determine
materials, special tools or equipment needed. Measures include accuracy of estimates.
- Recommend equipment required for preventive maintenance programs’ plan and schedule preventive maintenance
work in coordination with operations and maintenance personnel. Measures include applicability of equipment and
improvement in preventive maintenance program.
- Analyze maintenance costs and recommend ways to reduce maintenance costs. Measures include reduction of
maintenance costs.
- Inform Plant Manager and Maintenance Manager of all abnormal or critical situations, seeking advice where necessary.
Measures include appropriate communication to Plant Manager and Maintenance Manager.
- Recommend and implement maintenance planning system improvements. Measures include appropriateness of
system improvements.
- Maintain and distribute as necessary records, files, and reports. Measures include accuracy of records, files, and
reports.
