Education and/or Experience Required = Bachelor of Science Degree, preferably in Engineering. 10 years experience in
quality assurance including 5 years in quality management in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industries is preferred
Position Description = This is a key position for a major Houston-based engineering firm.
Duties
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the Quality Polices and associated programs in
coordination with management and engineering for the Company. Manage and oversee compliance with registration
requirement for ISO 9001:2000 certification. Ensure the execution of corrective action and compliance with in-house and field
personnel.
Requirements
Must be computer literate and be willing to travel as required.

Experience Required = 5 years experience in a technical role (additional experience in a Quality System role is helpful)
Position Description = Position is responsible for day-to-day quality assurance and metallurgical needs of Company’s
operation. These responsibilities include:
1) Quality Systems maintenance and enhancement to relevant certification (currently ISO-9001:2008).
2) Corrective Actions
3) Customer Complaints
4) Metallurgical Response to Production Issues
Qualifications/Skills
1) Metallurgical or Materials Engineering Degree (Advanced degree helpful)
2) 5 years experience in a technical role (additional experience in a Quality System role is helpful)
3) Experience in metals industry or at least in heavy manufacturing environment
4) Strong root problem solving skills.
5) Possesses strong leadership skills or show evidence of possessing
6) Good communication skills both verbal and written.
7) Self Motivated
Extra Consideration Given for Candidates with one or more of the following
1) Extrusion or ingot casting process experience
2) Experience with Geometric and Dimensional Tolerancing
Location = East Central Pennsylvania
