  • Support rapid prototype orders placed by Company Engineering with Company Manufacturing.
  • Assist in the documentation of assembly procedures. Verify that processes are being followed daily. Continual Review
    of MAPs, TIPS, and WI that are issued to the manufacturing floor by Quality for products responsible. Brings to the
    attention of Quality Coordinator any and all deviation from these documents in terms of process, procedure, and/or
    equipment used.
  • Responsible for administering 4-step training process.
  • Technical expert on the floor. A resource that is a “go to” person for issues that may arise on a daily basis during
    normal production.
  • Provide feedback to Engineering as well as Manufacturing Engineers with suggestions to improve products in terms of
    quality, yield, and cost to produce.
  • Acts as a resource during audits or company visits.
  • Adhere to company safety procedures and other guidelines
  • Requires basic knowledge of shop math and the use of calculators. Use of basic Microsoft Office Software including
    Word and Excel.

Position Title = Sr. Field Controls Tech

Position Description = Install, test, calibrate and repair electrical process control equipment.  Provide first level customer
service sales and technology support for Automation Control, SCADA and Telemetry platforms. Includes troubleshooting
problems related to networking, software design, database issues, radio communications, hardware and user error. Project
scheduling of programmers and field service personnel for product installation, start-up, repair and service. Interface via
phone with field operations personnel and/or customer, programmers, project managers, and other company personnel.
Responsible for growing service-related revenue.

Job Description (Essential Functions):

•        Work independently and supervise crews installing control equipment according to drawings and/or project manager
instructions.
•        Fabricate and assemble panels.
•        Troubleshoot, test, calibrate and repair control equipment.
•        Perform antenna field work, including installation, testing, troubleshooting, feedlines, etc.
•        Read, understand and make appropriate changes to drawings.
•        Bending and installing conduit.
•        Maintain appropriate levels of expendables and basic equipment in vehicle.
•        Wire and terminate as directed.
•        Assist warehouse staff by notifying when parts and/or expendables are low in stock.
•        Work with engineers to accomplish final ring out on equipment.

•        Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors and engineers.
•        Offer well thought out input and suggestions on potential needs and sales leads of current customers.
•        Confer with engineers, customers and others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects.

•        Remain mindful of budgets on projects to which assigned.
•        Willingness to handle service calls and assist engineers as requested.
•        Strives to continuously improve quality and productivity through identifying own training and tool needs.
•        Train subordinates and new employees on essential functions of Field Controls Technician.
•        Work with all staff to insure compliance with safety and environmental policies.
•        Utilize common sense in daily work tasks and recognize self-limitations.

Skills Required:

The qualifications, knowledge and experience required for this position include:

3. Familiarity with specialty instrumentation associated with water/wastewater plants.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform

Position Description = Looking for Process Technician candidates with manufacturing or injection molding experience who are
interested in the high-tech plastics industry.  Company produces precision micro and small injection molded components for
medical, micro-electronics, micro optics, automotive electronics and military/aerospace applications.

Candidates should have the ability to perform all of the tasks in the operation of the production injection molding machines
and presses.  Coordinate the process, methods and sequence for the production of injection molded plastic parts in Micro
Mold Production or Small Mold Production.  Provide support to production, design, tool room and customers to ensure
dimensionally accurate parts.  Takes responsibility for the production of plastic parts that meet or exceed the expectation of
the customer.

Computer Skills.  Ability to operate personal computer, fax machine, copy machine and telephone required.  Proven accuracy
in keyboarding skills to enter data correctly and efficiently.  Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word preferred.
